Expert-Tourists

A large residential owner builder centric program would benefit greatly from a visiting force of experienced construction professionals. This is an opportunity for tourism combined with expert volunteer participation organized in conjunction with materials acquisition. Communities should be prepared to incentivize the visiting experts with preferred rates for their hospitality, retail and tourism service purchases. Materials vendors will see the value of participation in the program from a humanitarian and a marketing perspective when they share their Expert-Tourist experiences in their home markets. Many Expert-tourists will naturally develop a passion for the community they helped and return to visit their new friends in the future.
